His cuisine\, rooted in Mediterranean tradition\, featured a unique touch of originality\, blending French gastronomic elegance with his mastery of Mediterranean flavors. The dinner included exquisite amuse-bouches like avocado mousse\, asparagus cappuccino\, and veal tataki\, as well as signature dishes from renowned chefs Alexandre Fabris (Château de Valmer)\, Christophe Gavot (Villa Gallici)\, and Can Kurt (Villa Calvi).
